Hillary needs a direct line of communication with her clients and prefers to deal directly with clients via email! This allows a platform in which photos can be sent back and forth and documents needed to guide clients prior to the appointment can be attached for viewing! *Please note* Hillary is taking new clients, but has limited weekly availability for new client appointments and is generally booked about 6 weeks in advance! 

Hillary Requires a $200 booking deposit for any (Brows, Lips or Eyeliner) service requested. This deposit is NON REFUNDABLE and taken Via email invoice after a time and date has been confirmed. Hillary requires that notice be given at least a week in advance if the client needs to reschedule the appointment. Inability to give proper notice will result in a total loss of the booking deposit. This deposit counts towards the total cost of the service and secures the time and date of your appointment. 

Yes! Please feel free to bring inspirational photos, or photos of you, where you like the way your brows lips or eyeliner was done. You are also welcome to bring the makeup you currently use in the service area! This helps Hillary get a clear idea of what you are currently doing and what you are looking to achieve. If you are a total naturalista and don't wear makeup, don't worry, Hillary has you covered. We will spend a considerable amount of time discussing and collaborating on the perfect look for you- Hillary specializes in custom color selection and overall shaping and aesthetics of each service area! 

Yes! Touch ups are a crucial step in the overall process for any service with Hillary. Touch ups will be scheduled at the end of the first appointment for 8-10 weeks out. Touch up appointments are $200 for any service. Touch up appointments take less time than the first appointment and will focus on perfecting any area that may need just a little extra attention!

Hillary recommends and encourages her clients to eek out as long as they can between appointments. This helps ensure that enough ink has faded away to safely perform a touch up that can visually make an impact. Typically 2+ years from your last touch up appointment is an ideal amount of time to give before considering a maintenance appointment. For maintenance appointments, Hillary will always ask for photos of the service area via email to verify it is in fact time to maintain your look.
